При увеличении размеров опухоли могут наблюдаться следующие симптомы:

- MTHFR — регулируют в организме синтез метилентетрагидрофолатредуктазы. Этот фермент участвует во многих метаболических процессах, в том числе влияет на уровень гормонов.
- EPHX1 — кодирует фермент эпоксидгидролазу, который играет важную роль в детоксикации и выводе из организма эпоксидов. Мутации в гене EPHX1 вызывают избыточную или недостаточную активность фермента.
- PTEN — отвечает за синтез фосфатазы, обладающей онкосупрессорными свойствами. Ошибки в синтезе фосфатазы увеличивают шанс перерождения клеток в злокачественные.
К группе риска несомненно относятся женщины с генетической предрасположенностью. Если среди родственников имелись случаи заболевания раком шейки матки, яичников, молочных желез или колоректального рака, следует обязательно пройти ДНК анализ.
Помимо генетических, существуют внешние факторы, увеличивающие шанс на возникновение онкологии:
- вирусные заболевания, в том числе ВПЧ (вирус папилломы человека);
- снижение иммунитета;
- употребление алкоголя и курение;
- повреждение шейки матки;
- хронические воспалительные процессы;
- несоблюдение гигиены половых органов;
- ранняя беременность, особенно если она сопровождается прерыванием.
Наибольшее внимание следует уделить вирусу папилломы человека. Из всех перечисленных факторов, ВПЧ является главным экзогенным фактором развития рака шейки матки. Пациентам с ВПЧ рекомендуется периодически проходить тест на онкомаркеры.

Как сделать тест ДНК на рак шейки матки?
Для генетического анализа используются образцы буккального эпителия (ротовой мазок) или венозной крови в количестве 5-10 мл.
Венозная кровь
Для сбора крови необходима вакуумная пробирка с фиолетовой крышкой. Пробирка должна содержать Этилендиаминтетрауксусную кислоту (ЭДТА) типа К1, К2 или К3. Объем крови от 2 мл до 6 мл. Допустимо использование двух пробирок.
Сбор производится у пациента в положении сидя. Ток крови должен осуществляться непосредственно в саму пробирку. После процедуры встряхнуть пробирку 5-6 раз, чтобы кровь перемешалась с ЭДТА.
Буккальный эпителий
Чтобы сдать защечный эпителий, можно прийти к специалистам в пункт приема биоматериала или осуществить забор самостоятельно в домашних условиях. Для этого нужно:
- ватный зонд — минимум 2 шт, лучше 4;
- чистый бумажный конверт — 1 шт;

Срок выполнения исследования составляет 5 рабочих дней с момента попадания в лабораторию.

Что делать, если анализ положительный?
Положительный анализ означает наличие у человека патологической формы гена, который увеличивает риск развития злокачественной опухоли. Не стоит воспринимать это как приговор. Тест ДНК как раз делается для того, чтобы заранее знать о возможности возникновения рака.
Однако, есть вероятность, что рак уже начал развиваться. В этом случае ДНК будет служить одним из методов диагностики на самых ранних стадиях развития заболевания.
Если анализ оказался положительным, необходимо:
- обратиться к врачу-онкологу вместе с результатами тестирования;

Oncological diseases arise due to mutations in genes and the formation of cancer cells, which multiply to form tumors. Mutations can be inherited or acquired during a person’s lifetime. The proportion of hereditary cancers is quite significant, accounting for 20% to 40% of all recorded cases.
The genes responsible for the development of cervical cancer include:
- MTHFR — regulates the synthesis of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase in the body. This enzyme participates in many metabolic processes, including the regulation of hormone levels.
- EPHX1 — encodes the enzyme epoxide hydrolase, which plays an important role in detoxification and the removal of epoxides from the body. Mutations in the EPHX1 gene cause either excessive or insufficient enzyme activity.
- PTEN — responsible for the synthesis of phosphatase with tumor suppressor properties. Errors in phosphatase synthesis increase the risk of cells transforming into malignant ones.
How to Take a DNA Test for Cervical Cancer?
Genetic analysis uses samples of buccal epithelium (cheek swab) or 5–10 ml of venous blood.
Venous Blood
For blood collection, a vacuum tube with a purple cap is required. The tube must contain Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) of type K1, K2, or K3. The blood volume should be between 2 ml and 6 ml. Using two tubes is allowed.
The sample is collected while the patient is seated. Blood flow must be directly into the tube. After collection, gently invert the tube 5–6 times to mix the blood with EDTA.
Buccal Epithelium
To provide a cheek swab sample, you can visit specialists at a biomaterial collection point or collect the sample yourself at home. For this, you will need:
- Cotton swabs — at least 2, preferably 4;
- A clean paper envelope — 1 pc;
- A pair of sterile disposable gloves — 1 pair.
